needs. It will outline our duties and responsibilities in
regards to the services we are to perform. In the contract it
will state the purchase price if we are buying the estate, the
time frame to complete the project, the scope of work, our
commission if we are conducting an estate sale, private sale or
auction. It will further state the finale disposition of any
unsold items and our responsibility to clean and remove all
rubbish on the property. The contract will further state any
special services or issues that were agreed to. This legally
binding document protects and gives you the assurances you need
that the job is done correctly, properly and in the specific
time frame you require.
